In our childhood I think most of us have enjoyed the comfort of playing underneath the table. What was so comforting about it? Underneath the table was a safe zone for me, I played there but also hid there from the world.
As we grow up, 'underneath the table' is one of the many things that kills our innocence.
Sure there are many occasions where bubbles of innocence are burst, but everything a part of childhood changes right?
Now that I'm grown up, I'd hardly fit under any table, but I wonder what is the adults' version of 'underneath the table' which gives you the comfort of 'even if something goes wrong, you're safe.'
